A smelly vagina is no fun, believe me I know! I suffered from this horrible thing for a while. These great tips will help you reduce your vaginal odor and make it more manageable in the same process.
First things first, Lady’s this was not easy at all trying to find out useful info that you can use in your fight against that fishy vaginal odor. The main reason why is because there is so much junk online now-a-days it makes it so harder to find quality information. But don’t worry JAMIE TO THE RESCUE!! LOL
HERE ARE SOME OF THE TIPS THAT WILL HELP YOU FIGHT AGAINST YOUR THAT FISHY SMELL:
In order to control your vagina odor you have to start by “CLEANING”
This is by far the easiest way to help you cure your smelly vagina but for some reason people don’t think to much of it. If your taking a bath on a every day basis and you still have that feminine odor down there, then clearly you are not doing something right.
Following these cleaning tips:
* try to use unscented baby wipes on thru out the day. Please don’t use scented wipes because there are two things that will happen. 1st roses and a fishy vaginal odor don’t mix at all and 2nd those scents contain chemicals that can make your smell even worse.
* If you are human then your going to sweat so make sure if you are active that you don’t let that sit up in your pants. It only makes it worse because it throws your ph level off completely if it is not cleaned within 45 min.
* Use unscented soaps down there when your washing. These soaps are much stronger in getting rid of bad bacteria down there because they don’t have all the chemicals that most soaps have.
* Make sure when your out the bath or shower that you dry off completely
* Don’t use smell good lotions
* Use a Non Scented vaginal moisturizer
Use a douche for your vaginal smell?
Now when it comes to doing this, I have to worn you that there is some good and bad when doing this.
I personally don’t like this but a lot of people said that it helped them with there smelly vagina.
DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! But here’s the good and the bad if you wanna know:
Good:
Reduces your vaginal smell a lot
Fast to do
Easy
Cleans out the bad bacteria that causes that vagina odor
Bad:
*It throws off the ph balance of your vagina
*Cleans out the good bacteria along with the bad bacteria that is in your vagina. If it happens to clean out all the good bacteria down there then you are left with only bad bacteria. Your smelly vagina would become very very bad.
*It could flush unwanted things in your uterus and your fallopian tube
Avoid vaginal odour with by not wearing to tight of clothes!
I can hear some of you guys screaming right now lol. But it is one of the most overlooked things when you have a bad feminine odor down there. When your vagina is not able to breath and the temperature is high down there then your are creating a thriving atmosphere for bacteria.
Here are some tips:
*Try to avoid tight: jeans, panties, shorts and any other tight wear
* Try to ware loose fitting cotton panties when you are able to
* DON’T wear: synthetic material thongs, leather panties, leather thongs…. When you wear these types of material they do not absorb moisture but they actually lets it just sit there : (
Smelly vagina => deodorants => cure??? WRONG!!
Avoid any and all vaginal deodorants that are on the market! These things don’t help you in any way shape or form. They make that vaginal smell even stronger and plus they help those bad bacteria down there become super bacteria (sounds funny I know).
This is only a temporary fix that doesn’t do anything but make your smell stronger and also opens the door for bladder infections, yeast infections, and other vaginal problems.
