I wanted to discuss what causes a smelly vagina and what you need to know to avoid it from coming back. So ladies pay attention to this very important post. Okay enough blah blah…
What causes vaginal odors??????
Well I have a bit of bad news here and it is that researchers have had a very difficult time in determining what exactly cause a vagina l odour.
At this time it seems to be a combination of bad bacteria that builds up in the vagina. Im going to get a little more scientific for you ; ) it typically features a reduction of the normal hydrogen peroxide production in the vagina (good bacteria). At the same time when you good bacteria is reduce then here comes the bad bacteria. It begins to overthrow all good bacteria and the longer something is done the more your vagina would smell and infections can began to grow.
Researchers don’t know exactly what bacterias actually cause the horrible odor but they have been getting closer to finding it out. Certain factors have been identified in causing vaginal odor.
These Things are:
Sexual partners
Vaginal douching
Cigarette smoking (most people dont know this one)
these are some of the major causes that researchers say that all females should try to avoid. Make sure your sexual partner is clean before intercourse, reduce vaginal douching if you have to but try not to do it at all, and try to QUIT SMOKING!
